Course Objectives
By the end of the programme you should be able to:
· Demonstrate an increased awareness and understanding of the role of a professional negotiator.
· Demonstrate an increased knowledge of the concept, principles and stages of negotiation.
· Identify the skills, knowledge and understanding necessary to be an effective negotiator in a competitive environment.
